Still Here

A memory that can never be erased 

Love that will forever be embraced  

Etched into my heart 

Sown deep into the fabric of my loins 

It’s as I think about you with each word I speak 

Memories that still remind me of the man I use to be 

Childhood memories for us all to laugh at 

But without you how can I really relive the past 

Counting the days is far easier than my tears 

Each one hurting the same… 

As it is without you I am still here….

Sad to say goodbye, praying for you with each tear I cry,

Feeling the power of his love as you watch us from above.
